In the wake of Rite Aid closures across the country, Colliers Fresno has recently listed a portfolio of former Rite Aid locations available for sale or lease across the Central Valley.

The locations all offer retail-ready footprints and high-traffic areas.

The former Rite Aid at 2990 E. Nees Ave. in Northeast Fresno closed escrow in February and opened as a Grocery Outlet on July 17.

Two additional properties are in escrow — one in Hanford and one in Oakhurst.

The remaining sites available include buildings in Selma, Fresno, Lemoore, Delano and Shafter.

Property sizes range from around 16,750 to 17,780 square feet. All are freestanding buildings with frontage, multiple access points and available on-site parking. Most feature signalized corner locations and include drive-thru infrastructure, pylon signage and proximity to major regional corridors.

The Lemoore property is located at Lemoore Avenue and Cinnamon Drive, less than three miles from Naval Air Station Lemoore.

The Oakhurst location is located at the intersection of Highway 41 and Road 426 on the route to Yosemite National park.

Colliers is marketing the properties as ideal for owner-users, retailers, healthcare providers, or investors seeking value-add opportunities.
