Century 21 Jordan Link & Co. is launching its Fine Homes & Estates division on April 3, bringing with it services that caters to high-end properties in Fresno, Visalia, Bakersfield and the Central Coast.

Led by luxury real estate expert Lena Marie Fisher, this division offers elevated concierge-style services and exclusive marketing strategies for homes valued at $600,000 and above.

“It is a concierge-type service. The marketing is more intense. The services are more hands-on than a typical real estate agent can provide,” Fisher said.

Century 21’s office in north Fresno will host a themed cocktail event to celebrate the launch, featuring live music, fine wine, champagne and gourmet food.

“The launch of the Fine Homes &Estates Division is an exciting step forward for our team and the community,” Fisher said in a news release. “We’re dedicated to providing exceptional concierge real estate services to include pre-sale renovations & repairs, professional staging, luxury marketing& advertising options, and post-purchase services to include packing, storage &moving coordination. This new division will allow us to expand on the offerings to better meet the needs of our clients.”

The Fresno Chamber of Commerce will conduct an official ribbon-cutting ceremony. This event marks a new era in luxury real estate for the region and showcases the elevated experience Fine Homes & Estates provides.

Century 21 Jordan-Link & Co. has five locations in the Central Valley: Fresno, Hanford, Visalia, Porterville and Bakersfield. The company has over 50 years of experience and has over 300 current real estate agents.

Their services include residential real estate, commercial real estate, luxury real estate, land and investment properties and property management.
