A local entrepreneur is expanding his product line and hopes his new cleaning product, Deep Impact, can make an impact for consumers.
Deep Impact, a new product from Coray’s Right Way Pacific owner Robert Coray, debuted earlier this year in Visalia. But it is not the first cleaning product from the company; Coray’s carpet-cleaning product, TKO (short for “Totally Kills Odors”), has been on the shelves for over a decade locally, outperforming major national chain cleaning products, according to customers.
Coray and his wife Cindy opened a carpet cleaning business in the Bay Area in 1982. There they developed Rugged Road Plus, a product they coined the “Pacman of cleaning products.”
In 1990 the couple relocated to Visalia,
“We’ve had TKO for well over 20 years,” Coray said, reflecting on the product’s longevity.
He said throughout the company’s history, they have sought space in major retailers such Napa Auto Parts and Costco, but also local stores like Whitie’s Pets and others.

Coray’s products are primarily focused on the industrial and commercial market. TKO+ was packaged to meet the needs of larger facilities, offering their product in gallon and quart options.
Recently, Coray’s original product, rebranded as TKO+, offered even more powerful carpet cleaning solutions.
“We wanted to add to the product line offered by Coray’s Right Way Pacific,” he said. “I wanted a ready-to-use, touch-free glass cleaner that was solar-panel safe and tinted-auto glass safe.”
Despite being labeled a “glass cleaner,” Coray said that his new product is effective on virtually all surfaces. Deep Impact can be used on glass, countertops, solar panels and even tinted auto glass — a surface which regular glass cleaners can effectively ruin when used on.
It is also compatible with fiberglass, opening the market to include boating and aviation applications.
“The state of California has rules and regulations about cleaners,” Coray said. “One of the things that I wanted to point out is that this product is ‘California strong.’”
Coray said that, due to California regulation, he cannot list its specific cleaning applications on the label. He does, however, include all of the product’s cleaning applications on his website.
Coray also personally talks to customers who have questions about his product, providing insight into other uses of Coray’s Right Way Pacific product line.
He said the effectiveness of his product’s odor removal capability can also save companies potentially thousands of dollars in additional costs — like plumbing costs. Coray recalled an individual whose business was struggling to handle odors emanating from their drain, having reached out to multiple plumbing companies to address the issue. Several even made their way out to the business and cleaned their pipes, but the odor remained.
After a quick call to Coray, the business utilized his TKO+ product in their drain. After 24 hours, the odor was gone, saving the company potentially thousands of dollars in plumbing costs.
Deep Impact is still making its way into stores locally but is already available at R-N Market in Visalia and also online. TKO+ products can be found in a number of locations including Whitie’s Pets, Modesto Vacuum Sales, Heiskell’s Feed Depot and more, as well as several Madera County Napa Auto stores.
