Next year’s wet winter weather will soon have more fibers to contend with following the announcement of a new Burlington store coming to Clovis this spring.

The retailer, which offers up to 60% discounts on name-brand merchandise, will open at 685 Herndon Ave in Clovis, filling the space vacated by Office Depot in May 2021.

The new location will be the retailer’s 102nd California store, and will be the fourth store in the Fresno/Clovis area. The store will sell everything from women’s apparel and accessories to footwear, home decor items and pet toys.

Headquartered in New Jersey, Burlington operates much like liquidation stores, purchasing excess inventory from manufacturers and retailers and selling it to customers at up to 60% discounted prices.
