Fresno’s Boots in the Park concert series at Woodward Park will have a new twist this fall.

In addition to the usual country concert, which country star Blake Shelton will headline on Sep. 13, there will also be a “Party in the Park” the following night, headlined by “Mr. Worldwide,” also known as global superstar Pitbull.

According to Activated Events, promoter for all Boots in the Park events, the concert series originated in Fresno.

Over the past few years, Boots in the Park in Fresno has hosted some of the biggest names in country music at the Woodward Park , including Kane Brown, Sam Hunt, Jason Aldean and Jordan Davis.

All four of them have an average of over 7 million monthly listeners on Spotify.

Shelton continues that trend with 11.7 million monthly listeners, more than everyone except Brown, who averages 15 million.

In May, the country singer best known for his song “God’s Country” released his album called “For Recreational Use Only,” his first country album since 2021. Shelton released a Christmas-themed album in 2022.

Both Shelton and Pitbull have experience performing in Fresno, as both performed at the Save Mart Center in 2024, with Pitbull performing in January and Shelton performing in March.

Pitbull is known for several of this generation’s most popular songs and has four songs with over one billion listens on Spotify, including “Timber,” “Give Me Everything,” “Time of Our Lives” and “DJ Got Us Fallin’ In Love.”

The two released a song together in 2020 called “Get Ready.” It is unknown if the two will perform together at some point over the two days.

Tickets are available on the Boots In The Park website. General admission single day tickets start at $99 and weekend passes are $199. VIP tickets are $249 for single day and $449 for weekend passes.
