Bonadelle Neighborhoods announced its expansion to the South Valley on Friday. For nearly 80 years, Bonnadelle Neighborhoods has been a staple in Central Valley homebuilding and will now feature developments in Tulare, Dinuba and Bakersfield.
“We are very excited for the opportunity to expand the Bonadelle Neighborhoods brand south as we continue to be the Central Valley’s premier local home builder,” John A. Bonadelle said in a new release.
They are currently selling homes in Tulare built for first-time home buyers. The Mission Oaks community in east Tulare will feature 99 homes from the Hilltop Series with starting prices under $400,000.
Sales in Dinuba will not take place until 2025. The development will feature 75 homes from the Hilltop Series. It will be located in the expanding community near Ridge Creek Golf Course and the nearly completed Dinuba High School in west Dinuba.
Bakersfield is the southernmost Bonadelle Neighborhood development. It is located in the Palm Crossing community in northwest Bakersfield, near Frontier High School, and will feature 126 homes. The homes offer floor plans ranging from 1,900 to 3,583 square feet.
All 300 homes will include granite kitchen countertops, covered patios, smart home technology, and eco-friendly options.
“Sales have been extremely strong following our openings of Mission Oaks in northwest Tulare and Palm Crossing in northwest Bakersfield as homebuyers are eager to buy our affordably priced and high quality homes known for lasting generations,” Bonadelle said.
For nearly 80 years, the Bonadelle family has helped shape the future of the Central Valley by offering new homes that makes families proud to say, “Home Sweet Home,” according to a news release from the three-generation family business.
