Boese Commercial, a Downtown Fresno-based commercial real estate brokerage, is donating a portion of its commissions to the Fresno Police Chaplaincy and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central California.

Specifically, the business will donate 1 percent of every property sale it closes based on referrals by the two organizations and their community partners.

Back in July, Boese handled the sale of the long-time headquarters of Big Brothers Big Sisters at 905 Fulton St. in the south Tower District area to the Police Chaplaincy and donated the majority of the sales commission back to the two organizations.

Company officials call this new initiative a continuation of that collaboration, adding in a press release “Boese Commercial is pleased to support to the community and continue to work alongside Fresno Police Chaplaincy and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central California.

“The collaboration will allow commercial real estate services to contribute to community success, supported by one of Fresno’s premiere commercial real estate companies.”
