The Fresno County Economic Development Corporation (EDC) invites you to join us for our 18th annual Real Estate Forecast on Thursday, April 20 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Downtown Fresno. Doors will open at 5 pm and the program will begin promptly at 5:30 pm.

Following the main event, there will be a hosted reception until 8:30 pm.

This exciting annual event discusses the health of Fresno’s booming real estate industry and how Fresno County EDC is helping grow the California dream! This year the theme is “Stayin Alive,” focusing on the robust real estate market in Fresno County. This popular event combines industry commentary, micro and macro analysis and predictions for the upcoming year. This year we welcome Keynote Speaker Dr. Christopher Thornberg, founder of Beacon Economics LLC and director of the UC Riverside School of Business Center for Economic Forecasting and Development. While Fresno County’s real estate market has been strong with low inventory across all asset classes, it is not immune to these factors. Nick Audino of Newmark Pearson Commercial will be moderating a panel of industry leaders discussing multiple real estate sectors; Brian Domingos, Jr., 2023 president of the Fresno Association of Realtors and Realtor with Premier Valley Real Estate, will discuss Residential; Robin Kane, Senior Vice President of The Mogharebi Group, will be presenting on Multi-Family; Buk Wagner, Senior Vice President/Principal of Colliers International, will present on Industrial; and Sullivan Grosz, President of Ag Division, Pearson Commercial will speak on Agriculture.
