The Fresno County Economic Development Corporation (EDC) invites you to join us for our 19th annual Real Estate Forecast on Thursday, April 18 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Downtown Fresno. Doors will open at 5 p.m. and the program will begin promptly at 5:30 p.m. Following the main event, there will be a hosted reception until 8:30 pm.

This exciting annual event discusses the health of Fresno’s booming real estate industry and how Fresno County EDC is helping grow the California dream! This year the theme is “Charting The Course” — focusing on the robust real estate market in Fresno County. Combining industry commentary, micro and macro analysis and predictions for the upcoming year, this is an essential event for realtors, developers, investors and business and civic leaders to attend — as  well as a great networking opportunity.

The real estate market is affected by various factors, including the economy, inflation and consumer demand. While Fresno County’s real estate market has been strong with low inventory across all asset classes, it is not immune to these factors. We invite you to come and hear from our local expert panelists who will share their experiences and predictions for the real estate market in the Central Valley.  We will have two panels discussing multiple real estate sectors; Annie Foreman, board member for the Fresno Association of Realtors and Realtor with Guarantee Real Estate, will discuss residential; Sullivan Grosz, president of Ag Division, Pearson Realty, will speak on agriculture; Robin Kane with Northmarq will be presenting on multi-family and for the first time, Fresno Housing will be represented by their CEO, Tyrone Roderick Williams.

During the second panel we will hear about the retail sector from Rachael Orlando, vice president of Retail California; Nick Audino, senior vice president, Newmark Pearson Commercial, Tony Cortopassi, managing director for Cushman & Wakefield, commercial and investment advisor/principal, and Brett Visintainer of Visintainer Group will present on Investments.

As a guest that evening, you will be welcomed in a fun and festive atmosphere, have your picture taken and enjoy hors d’oeuvres and an incredible networking reception following the main event. You will walk away with a complimentary publication mapping highlights and forecasts for the real estate market, including statistical data, market comparisons and future projects within Fresno County.

Over 300 people attend annually, and we look forward to seeing you at this informative event! Tickets are on sale now https://edcref19.eventbrite.com or you can call (559) 476-2500 to reserve your spot today. Ticket costs are $25 for EDC members and $45 for the general public.
