The Fresno County Economic Development Corporation (EDC), in partnership with the City of Fresno and other local partners, invites you to join us for a PG&E Business Resource Workshop on Thursday, May 30 at the Small Business Administration’s Conference Center in Downtown Fresno. Attendees can also attend online via Zoom and Spanish interpretation will be available if needed.

The event will provide business owners with the opportunity to hear from PG&E’s Small Business Engagement and Economic Development teams about cost saving resources and programs that can benefit businesses in their service area. These resources will include 0% financing programs, no-cost energy audits, and PG&E’s Economic Development Rate (EDR).

The EDR is a vital program offering eligible Fresno County businesses up to a 20% reduction in electric rates over five years. This program is designed for industrial, processing and manufacturing companies facing financial hardship that may force them to cease operations or consider out-of-state options for expansion. Numerous businesses across the county have utilized the EDR to save tens of thousands of dollars, contributing significantly to local business retention and job creation. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions about programs that may be useful to them and get a better understanding of how to best utilize each resource.

In addition to PG&E’s presentation, attendees will also have a chance to hear the variety of ways the Small Business Administration, the City of Fresno, and Fresno County EDC can help you start, retain and grow your business here in Fresno County.

The event is free to attend, you can register using the links below.
