The Business Journal hosted its eighth-annual 60 Ideas in Sixty Minutes virtual event on Tuesday morning, welcoming hundreds of viewers who were treated to sage advice from some of the Valley’s top community leaders.
The lineup of speakers streamed live from the Tangram Interiors showroom in north Fresno was outstanding, representing some of the most creative and impactful individuals in the business community. Each was invited to share 10 of their ideas that can be applied by the executive leadership of any organization.
Our speakers:
Mark Borba, president, Borba Farms
Paula De Young, executive vice president, De Young Properties
Jon Forrest Dohlin, CEO, Fresno Chaffee Zoo
David Fansler; entrepreneur, restaurateur and community builder; Fansler Restaurant Group
Genesis Ortiz Wilson; partner of Trayla Properties, franchisee/chief operating office of Dutch Bros Coffee Fresno
Katie Zenovich; SVP, development and external affairs, chief fund development officer; Community Health System
We’d like to thank our presenting sponsor, Bank of America; partner sponsors The Heart Group and Tangram Interiors, and event sponsors De Young Properties, Fansler Restaurant Group and Leadby. Without their support, this event wouldn’t be possible.
If you missed the live broadcast, keep an eye out on our social media channels and email newsletters for a replay of the event. We also produced a booklet of each speaker’s 10 ideas that is available for download.
What started as a breakfast event in 2018, 60 Ideas in Sixty Minutes shifted to a virtual event after the pandemic, and we chose to keep it an online presentation that is free of charge. We were also glad to have questions from the audience for a Q&A after the speaker portion.
We look forward to welcoming another wonderful set of speakers for 2026.
