The Big Fresno Fair returns to the Valley next week, and tickets are on sale now at major retailers throughout the Valley.
Deals and discounts have been announced for the event, which runs Oct. 4-15.
Discounted season pass tickets, which allow unlimited Fair access throughout the event, are now available at O’Reilly Auto Parts stores for $40, an $8 savings compared to regular purchase. Season passes can be redeemed at the fair administration ticket office with proof of O’Reilly purchase.
A photo ID is required for use of the season pass, which is valid for all days the Fair operates.
Save Mart and FoodMaxx will also join in the action, offering discount tickets for all ages and savings of up to $7 off an unlimited carnival ride wristband. Wristbands regularly sell for $35 on weekdays and $40 Friday through Sunday.
Additionally, the Central California Blood Center (CCBC) will host the 13th annual “Pint for a Pass” blood drive, offering buy one, get one free admission vouchers in exchange for a blood donation at any CCBC location. Offers can be redeemed online or at the fair administration box office.
Donors will also be entered to win a free pair of concert or horse racing tickets and fair admission. Winners will be chosen at random throughout the “Pint for a Pass” blood drive.

Monday, Oct. 9: SCAN Health Plan Seniors’ Day – Seniors 62 and over will enjoy free Fair admission until 1 p.m., and half-price tickets after 1 p.m. A Seniors’ Lifestyle Expo will also take place that day from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Pavilion area.
Monday, Oct. 9: Special Interest Day – Monday will also feature Special Interest Day, offering persons with disabilities free Fair entry until 1 p.m., and discounted rates after 1 p.m. Persons with disabilities are required to have one chaperone to provide assistance.
Tuesday, Oct. 10: “Fans and Followers” Happy Hour Entry – Guests can save on Fair entry by connecting with the Big Fresno Fair on social media. Connect and follow the Fair on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram to get into the Fair for just $2 from 4 p.m. – 7 p.m. Guests will be required to present a bar code posted to the Fair’s social media pages the night before to receive the discount.
Wednesday, Oct. 11: Sun-Maid Kids’ Day – Admission to children 12 and under is free with the purchase of an adult admission.

The Big Fresno Fair regularly draws crowds in excess of 600,000 and features live events including music, exhibits, carnival rides, educational opportunities, live horse racing and more.
