The stars of a popular History Channel reality TV series are going to be picking around the Central Valley for antiques and old and rare items that may have rich histories — and rich values.

Hosts of “American Pickers,” Mike Wolfe and Frank Fritz, will be visiting Tulare County to look for unique and valuable antiques and share the interesting stories behind them.

According to a post on the Lindsay Chamber of Commerce’s Facebook page, the antique “picking” duo will be filming episodes of American Pickers throughout the area this March.

American Pickers debuted on the History Channel in 2010. The show follows Wolfe and Fritz as they travel around the country to search for, buy, restore and sell various items they find.

The duo is looking for leads in the Lindsay area for large, private collections or accumulation of items for them to go through.

American Pickers can be sent leads at: americanpickers@cineflix.com or called in at 855-OLD-RUST, or reached on Facebook: @GotAPick .
