Clovis-based insurance company The Phanco Group is expanding its local footprint with the acquisition of Bob Warner Insurance Agency in Clovis.

Effective April 1, The Phanco Group’s acquisition — the terms of which were not disclosed — will help expansion efforts in the Central Valley, serving both locals and customers throughout California.

“We are excited to announce the acquisition of the Warner Agency,” said The Phanco Group CEO Josh Phanco in a news release. “This acquisition is in line with our growth strategy and will allow us to provide even better service to our customers.”

Phanco praised the Warner Agency on its four decades of excellence as an Allstate agent, and hopes to build on that legacy by continuing to provide reliable, quality insurance to future and existing customers, according to the release.

“I am excited to have The Phanco Group carry the torch for our agency,” said Bob Warner, owner of the Warner Agency. “We share the same core values and prioritize our customers over anything else.”

Warner, who is entering retirement, thanked his staff and customers for 47 years of service to the community.

“The relationships I’ve built and maintained over the years have been an extraordinary blessing and I’m thrilled I was able to give back to my community for such a long time,” he continued.

Both offices will remain open, with Warner’s Agency staff being integrated into The Phanco Group.

Based in Clovis, The Phanco Group opened in 2018 and is a locally-based Allstate agency owned by Josh and Kimberlee Phanco.
