After more than three decades at the same East Herndon Avenue address, The Wagner Law Group has a new home.
The firm celebrated the opening of its new office on April 2, drawing roughly 150 guests — local business owners, legal professionals and clients — to 7815 N. Palm Ave., Suite 410, a 3,680-square-foot space on the top floor of the four-story Park Place office building in northwest Fresno.
The building, completed in 2008 and owned by Park Place Holdings LP, provides 25,000 square feet per floor with floor-to-ceiling windows, sound-dampening carpet and around-the-clock tenant access.
The view is what immediately captures visitors, atop the bluffs of the San Joaquin River with Valley Children’s Hospital in the distance.
“Whenever somebody walks into this office, the first thing they say is, ‘Wow, look at that view!'” said Aaron Benjamin, project manager for Wagner Law Group. “The thing is, you never really hear that in Fresno.”

The event was catered by Grazing Table Events, which filled a 15-foot conference table with a charcuterie spread, while wine pairings from Lesterland Winery rounded out the evening.
Wagner Law Group specializes in personal injury, discrimination, sexual harassment and car accident cases. Its most high-profile work came in 2018, when the firm represented more than 650 clients connected to the Camp Fire in Paradise.
Founder Nicholas ‘Butch’ Wagner struck a reflective note at the opening. “This new space exemplifies our bright future ahead,” he said. “I am once again reminded how truly supportive this community is.”
The firm’s new neighbors include Nutrien Ag Solutions, RE/MAX Gold of Fresno and ERI. They share a parking lot with several locally owned businesses including Hummus Republic, Planet Vegan Burger and Fresh Monkee.
