Cumulus Media radio station 93.7 KISS County announced the young winners of its “The Farm-Tastic Four” contest recognizing Fresno-area student achievement in agriculture.

The contest was open to kids ages 5-19. Students active in agricultural organizations such as FFA, 4-H, Grange and more, as well as parents, teachers and other adults submitted nominations to ksks.com.

93.7 KISS Country selected four deserving kids and showcased their agricultural achievements on-air and online, awarding each with a $500 Mastercard gift card, compliments of “The Farm- Tastic Four” contest sponsors Setton Pistachio of Terra Bella, Hedrick’s Chevrolet, International Agri-Center, and OrCal Inc.

The 2025 Farm-Tastic Four winners are:

Taite Strohmenger of Los Banos, who won two County Fair Best of Show Master Showmanship awards at the California State Fair this summer. She shows pigs and sheep.

Graysen Lopes of Hanford, who donated nearly $7,000 from her market lamb auction to Valley Children’s.

Zoey Wooten of Los Banos, student athlete, active FFA member and part of the third-place national dairy judging team for 2023.

Courtney Fernandes of Dos Palos, FFA and 4-H member who has a love for writing, creativity and agriculture.

Andy Winford, KISS Country program director, said: “From the outpouring of support by our sponsors and listeners, it’s clear the community shares our excitement for the future of farming. The response to Kiss Country’s inaugural “Farm-Tastic Four” promotion was overwhelming, yet it paled in comparison to the inspiring brilliance of the four young leaders we selected. These young women don’t just represent the highest standards in 4-H, FFA, and Grange — they are the driven, intelligent architects of the next generation of agriculture.”
