The Fresno Planning Commission approved a two-year extension for a 75-lot, 15.25-acre residential development proposed by Granville Homes.

The Parc West property is located on the west side of North Grantland Avenue, between West Ashlan and West Gettysburg avenues — an area specifically zoned for medium-density single-family homes.

The vesting tentative tract map was first approved by the commission in March 2022 and was set to expire in 2024. A state-mandated 18-month extension moved the deadline to September 2025.

Documents show that the proposed location will be across the street from Justin Garza High School.

Surrounding development includes new single-family lots to the north, a 1.9-acre park to the east and approved — but undeveloped — subdivisions to the south and west.

Granville Homes has until September 2027 to finalize the tract map and move forward with construction.
