Don Roberto Jewelers will celebrate a grand opening of its new River Park location on Saturday with a ribbon cutting, live radio broadcast and customer giveaways.

The festivities begin at 11 a.m. with a ribbon cutting ceremony alongside the Fresno Chamber of Commerce. The ribbon cutting event will be followed by a live radio remote by 103.3 LAZER from 1:30 to 3 p.m., raffle drawings for gift cards valued at $500 and $750, followed by a $1,000 grand prize drawing at 3 p.m.

All guests will receive gift bags, with snacks and drinks available.

The store opened earlier this month in the location formerly home to the Wickersham Company.

“We are very excited,” said store manager Xiomara Leyva. “It’s very exciting to be here and to have our be very welcome here.”

Founded in 1972 and based in Stockton, Don Roberto Jewelers operates more than 100 locations throughout the state. The River Park store is located between Panera Bread and J.Crew.
