ImagineU – “Scrap shop”

ImagineU, the nonprofit children’s museum near downtown Visalia, will offer seven weeks of interactive learning plus field trips and special guests this summer. “Scrap shop” allows children to explore the creation of craft quilts, patterns and patchwork. The campers’ creations will be donated to critically ill children through Valley Children’s Hospital. Full-day sessions run from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; half-day sessions run from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Costs vary depending upon schedule selected, and museum members receive a 10 percent discount.
