Last year, Fresno-based homebuilder Bonadelle Neighborhoods announced its expansion to Bakersfield, Tulare and Dinuba. The rollout has generated excitement from buyers, according to a representative.
Dinuba was the last of the three South Valley cities to open sales. Empire Ranch at Dinuba officially began sales last weekend and sold 12 homes.
“We had people lining up outside to camp out overnight to purchase a lot,” said Bianca Bonadelle, vice president of marketing and design. “So it’s been great. We’ve really been received well by the different communities, and we’re just excited to be down there.”
She added that social media ads have generated more than 80 leads in one week.
Empire Ranch features homes from Bonadelle’s Hilltop Series, which include single- and two-story designs on pool-sized lots, starting in the $300,000s. The homes come with standard features that some builders consider upgrades, Bonadelle said. Buyers can also personalize their selections through an in-house design center.
Following this initial success, Bonadelle Neighborhoods is considering additional developments in Bakersfield, Tulare, Visalia, Dinuba and other South Valley areas.
“We’re really excited to be in the South Valley, and we’re looking at other communities that we can potentially build down there, given the success that we’ve had and just the people down there. We really love being in these new neighborhoods,” Bonadelle said.
