A 41,000 square-foot industrial facility near Highway 99 and Jensen Avenue in Fresno has changed hands for $5.3 million cash.
The property at 2432 S. East Ave. was sold to K-Solv Properties Inc., a Texas-based company. It received multiple cash offers above the asking price.
K-Solv Properties Inc., an affiliate of K-Solv Group Inc., is a national company specializing in disaster response, trailer manufacturing and other industries. K-Solv Group plans to use the facility to expand its Performance Trailers’ manufacturing operations. It will also serve as a California hub for Garner, K-Solv’s disaster relief subsidiary.
Stumpf & Company, led by Ron, Alex and Veronica Stumpf, represented the seller and national real estate firm JLL represented the buyer.
According to Veronica, the property was listed in September and attracted significant interest within the first few weeks on the market.

Commercial Manufacturing Inc., founded 86 years ago by the Hagopian family, previously operated in the building. The company was known for designing specialized machinery and food systems.
The facility, rebuilt in 2019, is situated on a 4-acre lot. It features modern infrastructure and is zoned for heavy industrial use.
Although Commercial Manufacturing has ceased operations, its parts business has been acquired by Reed International, which will continue production under the “Commercial Mfg. by Reed International” brand.
The Stumpfs said the sale was made possible with the collaboration of Commercial Manufacturing’s leadership and employees. The Fresno County Economic Development Corp. promoted the listing through its network and connected the buyer with key incentives for relocating to Fresno County, according to a news release from Stumpf & Company.
