Mental Health and Self-Care is an hour and a half virtual class presented by Valley Caregiver Resource Center. Guest speaker Chris Roup, Executive Director of the National Alliance of Mental Illness (NAMI) Fresno, will be joining us to talk about mental health and self-care. You will learn information about mental health, resources provided by NAMI Fresno, and tips for self-care to help prevent burnout.
