Experience “The Sounds of Fresno” at Ziveli Winery

Fresno, CA – October 10, 2023 – Indulge your senses in an afternoon of live music, fine wine, and delicious wood-fired pizza at Ziveli Winery’s upcoming event, “The Sounds of Fresno.” This event is set for two dates, November 4th, and November 19th, 2023, from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM. “The Sounds of Fresno” highlights the diverse music scene in Fresno.
Sponsored by Special Event Majors in the Department of Recreation Administration at Fresno State and supported by Hans Happenings @ Ziveli Winery (https://www.ziveliwinery.com) to celebrate the alumni, advisory board members, internship supervisors for the CSU Fresno Department of Recreation Administration. Hans Happenings is owned by Hannah Nale, alumnus of the Department of Recreation Administration. Hannah has offered to assist with the event. The department will also hold an online auction of items to support the “Legacy of Leadership” scholarship fund for students. For Fresno State fans, among the items to auction is an autographed picture of Derek Carr and David Carr in Bulldog uniform.

“The first day – 4 November is also the day the Bulldogs play Boise State at home, so come out and enjoy the music, food and wine, then take in the game on campus.”

Just west of Fresno (5840 N. Biola Ave, Fresno), Ziveli Winery is known for its exceptional wines and breathtaking vineyard views. “The Sounds of Fresno” event will offer an idyllic setting for both locals and visitors to savor the magic of live music amidst the serene ambiance of the winery.

On November 4th, the special guest, the “Good Medicine Band,” will take the stage. Known for their unique blend of folk, blues, and Americana, Good Medicine Band is sure to captivate the audience with their soulful performance.

For those who can’t make it on November 4th, mark your calendars for November 19th, when “Hillbilly Jazz Band” will offer their eclectic Americana mix from Gershwin to Hendrix and everything in between. Hillbilly Jazz touches upon a wide variety of 40’s jump jazz, bluegrass, classic country, blues and good o’le rock and roll.

One of the standout features of “The Sounds of Fresno” event is the delectable wood-fired pizza that will be available for purchase. Paired with Ziveli Winery’s exquisite wines, for a perfect culinary match.
