The Visalia Rescue Mission has engaged the services of a Los Angeles firm to boost donor fundraising.


Brewer Direct is the agency of record for the Visalia Rescue Mission, tasked with developing a fully integrated program for the faith-based nonprofit focusing on donor acquisition, cultivation and retention using mediums including direct mail, print and digital channels.

Brewer Direct represents nearly 30 Rescue Missions across the U.S.

“It’s difficult to overstate the value of experience, particularly in today’s hyper-competitive, fragmented fundraising environment,” said Randy Brewer, president and CEO, Brewer Direct. “We developed a strategic blueprint that showed leadership how they could increase donor engagement and conversion. And, we couldn’t be more excited – or grateful for the opportunity – to put those ideas to work.”

The Visalia-based homeless services organization is celebrating its 35th anniversary this fall, and just recently opened a thrift store in Tulare.
