Fresno’s unWired Broadband Inc. has added two new towers to the Reedley area to help expand fixed-wireless services in the region.

The additional capacity and coverage from the new towers will provide improved signal quality for the nearly 30,000 people living in and around the City of Reedley, according to a statement from the company.

“The new towers in Reedley are just one of many new towers we’re installing throughout our coverage areas,” said Craig Demanty, CEO of unWired Broadband. “We want to encourage existing customers in Reedley and the surrounding areas to call in to see if the new towers are a better option for their home or business.”

Over the next few weeks, unWired will also be reaching out and offering free realignment to current customers. All customers in the area are expected to see improvement in signal quality once the realignments are complete.

Founded in 2003, unWired covers more than 30,000-square-miles in the Central San Joaquin Valley.
