A Fresno company on the go earned some recent love from its own industry with an award for renovations to its company headquarters.
Realty Concepts, which celebrated its 25th anniversary last year, won the Member Achievement Award from Leading Real Estate Companies (LeadingRE) of the World, an organization comprised of 2,000 estate professionals from 25 countries.
The award, in the category of Most Innovative Office Design, caps off a two-year renovation to the firm’s 17,000-square-foot office at 575 E. Alluvial Ave. The honor is for innovation in office design recognizing features such as a distinct design aesthetic, creating an atmosphere for positive client experience and using interactive technology.
“Celebrating the exceptional firms that earned one of our prestigious Member Achievement Awards is always a highlight of our Annual Conference,” said LeadingRE President and CEO Pam O’Connor. “These companies have earned distinction among the best firms around the world, and we commend them for their extraordinary commitment to performance and excellence.”
Later this fall Realty Concepts will move into its own building as part of Old Town Clovis’ Centennial Plaza.
Realty Concepts President JP Shamshoian said in a February interview that the 12,000 square foot building under construction near Pollasky and Bullard avenues will house offices for 50-60 Realty Concepts, Lending Concepts and RC Commercial associates, as well as a new location for popular Clovis eatery House of JuJu.
Shamshoian added that the Realty Concepts building, which should be complete by the summer, will resemble much of existing Old Town buildings on the exterior, but the inside of the building will have all the modern amenities.
“On the outside, we’ve gone to great lengths to make our building look and feel like Old Town Clovis with weathered brick and windows reflecting the RC logo,” Shamshoian said. “We have a very classic Clovis look on the outside, but when you come inside, you’ll be transported to an urban loft feel environment. We’re excited about the juxtaposition of styles.”
