NOTICE OF PUBLIC REVIEW OF A PROPOSED MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, September 28, 2017, at 6:00 p.m., a public hearing will be conducted in the Council Chamber of the Clovis Civic Center, 1033 Fifth Street, Clovis, CA 93612.  The Clovis Planning Commission will consider the following items:
Consider items associated with approximately 7.85 acres of land located at the northeast corner of Alluvial and Willow Avenues.  Donaghy Sales Inc., owner; Willows Petroleum Inc., applicant; Milestone Associates, representative.
1.    GPA2017-01, A request to amend the General Plan to re-designate from Low Density Residential (2.1-4.0 du/ac) to commercial and Medium High Density Residential (7.1-15.0 du/ac).
