Bidders are advised that, as required by federal law, the State of California has established a statewide overall DBE goal.  City of Fresno federal-aid contracts are considered to be part of the statewide overall DBE goal and the City is required to report to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) on DBE participation for all Federal-aid contracts each year so that attainment efforts may be evaluated.

FORFEITURE PROCEEDINGS BY THE FRESNO COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY PURSUANT TO HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE SECTION 11488.4 

TO:  ALL PERSONS CLAIMING ANY RIGHT, TITLE, OR LEGAL INTEREST IN THE FOLLOWING SEIZED PROPERTY:

 Action Number AF017-0007: $15,683.00 US Currency was seized on May 8, 2017 at 4543 West Ashlan, Fresno, CA by officers of the Fresno Police Department for violation of Health and Safety Code Section 11359.

Action Number AF2018-0001: $5,000.00 US Currency was seized on November 30, 2017 at 2283 N. Angus Ave. Apt. #103., Fresno, CA by officers of the Fresno Police Department for violation of Health and Safety Code Section 11351.5.
