Prolific Fresno restaurateur Jason Lin is set to unveil his latest River Park eatery — Spicy J’s Specialty Chinese Cuisine.

Located in the former Dai Bai Dang space, Spicy J’s has been remodeled and will specialize in Szechuan cuisine. The restaurant is hosting an invite-only grand opening Dec. 6.

“Spicy J’s is going to, once again, set us apart from other similar concepts,” according to an invite for the grand opening.

Most recently, Jason Lin opened J Pot just around the corner from Spicy J’s at River Park, in part of the former World Sports Café space. He also operates Hino Oishi at Campus Pointe near Fresno State and Lin’s Fusion on Blackstone Avenue north of Shaw Avenue.
