Kelly Lilles is now in the role of director of marketing, physician services & education at Santé Health System, joining the Santé team on Nov. 1, 2018. The role has many facets including hosting multiple holiday parties, the annual company picnic for over 4000 employees at the Island Water Park, the annual Spring Spectacular Gala, Educational Symposiums for physicians to receive continuing medical education credits and more. 

Santé Health Foundation is a nonprofit organization that is a network of Santé affiliated physicians dedicated to providing exceptional service and health care to the communities of Fresno, Madera, and Kings Counties.

 The leadership is local, along with the doctors and their patients. The Santé Health Foundation is a partner of Community Medical Centers. Santé Health Foundation exists to improve the health of the people of our community by providing outstanding clinical care, encouraging healthy lifestyles, offering clinical and community health education and supporting clinical research. 

Santé has been instrumental in giving back to many local non-profits as well including the American Heart Association, LLS, Fresno State, Central California Community Food Bank, CHSU and many more. 

BANKING

Wells Fargo has a new executive for the Central Valley market. Randy Reynoso brings 39 years of banking experience to this position, the majority of it within Northern and Central California markets. Reynoso and his team serve customers from Redding through Sacramento, down through Central Valley and into Bakersfield. 

Prior to this role, Reynoso led business banking in the Bay Area and Central California markets. Most recently, he built out Wells Fargo’s Business Banking – Investor Real-Estate lending for the national footprint. 

Deeply respected by the public, Reynoso serves on several non-profit boards and is the recipient of community service awards including: Sacramento State Alumni Association’s Distinguished Service Award, the Community Services Planning Council’s Unsung Hero Award and the CARES Award of Excellence.

SMALL BUSINESS

Intuit, Inc. has announced that Cassidy Jakovickas has been named to the company’s U.S. Accountant Council advisory board. Intuit’s mission is to power prosperity around the world, and it accomplishes this through its innovative ecosystem of financial management solutions that serve more than 50 million accounting professionals, small businesses and consumers worldwide. 

As president of MBS Accountancy Corp., Jakovickas is one of 16 council members who will share their insights, experience and expertise to help Intuit develop new products and services for accounting professionals and small businesses worldwide. Jakovickas has more than 12 years of experience in providing advisory, accounting, and tax services that help businesses thrive.   

REAL ESTATE

London Properties, Ltd. has announced the arrival of the following residential salespeople: Raj Singh joining the Clovis office, Luz Caudillo joining the Fresno office, Patricia Zarate joining the Atwater office, Kevin Aguiar joining the Atwater office, Andrew Martinez joining the Madera office and Illiana Ordonez, formerly with C-21, joining the Hanford office.

EDUCATION

Adam Schrag, Ph.D., associate professor of communication at Fresno Pacific University, was one of 12 university faculty nationally to participate in the Dow Jones News Fund Mulitimedia Training Academy at the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP). 

He spent May 31-June 6 covering issues at the U.S.-Mexico border, riding with border patrol and learning multimedia storytelling techniques from experts. 

The program is open to journalism instructors from Hispanic Serving Institutions and is organized by Borderzine through a grant from Dow Jones News Fund. Borderzine is UTEP’s web magazine.

FINANCE

Bob Flemming has joined Advisory Home Loans as the manager and senior loan officer.  Flemming brings 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry as a loan officer and former CEO of a large local mortgage company.  Advisory Home Loans is owned by the Community Housing Council of Fresno (CHC, a non-profit HUD approved counseling agency), 100% of the profits are donated back to CHC.  Advisory Home Loans is a mortgage brokerage offering all types of home loans from first time homebuyers all the way to reverse mortgages.

Conterra Ag Capital has added a new team member who will expand the company’s services for producers in a key geography in the western U.S. Jerred Davis of Visalia has joined the Conterra Ag team as a relationship manager. The California Polytechnic State University graduate grew up on a crop and dairy farm operation, and he spent much of his upbringing working on dairy farms until his college graduation. 

After graduation, he began his financial career as a credit portfolio consultant for Wells Fargo. Davis brings experience in credit and asset analysis and management — including credit underwriting, loan structuring and appraisal work — as well as a strong understanding of agriculture to his new role with Conterra Ag. 

In addition to his financial experience, Davis’ strength in the ag sector is rooted in his upbringing, which has translated to his ability to relate well to his agricultural customers. He is able not only to offer sound financial counsel but also relate directly during farm site visits, collateral appraisals and crop inspections, a valuable combination for Conterra Ag.

ENGINEERING

MKN & Associates, a consulting civil engineering firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Ryan Provost as a full-time assistant engineer. He is a recent graduate from the civil engineering program at Fresno State and former recipient of the firm’s annual Fall internship-scholarship program

MARKETING

Out of more than 3,000 submissions from 50 countries, Fresno-based Windsong Productions, LLC has won a Gold Muse Award in the 2019 Muse Creative Awards competition. The winning TV ad campaign for “Win for Fun” was produced with the Jeffrey Scott Agency for Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino. 

The Muse Creative and Muse Design Awards are international competitions for creative and design professionals from all disciplines, who help push the evolution of their industry in a positive direction.

CONSTRUCTION

McCaffrey Homes, a leading local family homebuilder, has been named a Housing Giant by Professional Builder Magazine for the 7th consecutive year, ranking 194 out of 245 home builders across the nation – up from a ranking of 217 last year. The home building publication ranks the nation’s largest homebuilders by housing revenue and the number of homes closed in the prior year.  

The 2019 list includes the top 245 homebuilders in the nation.  For four decades, the Housing Giants list has been the preeminent listing of America’s largest homebuilders.
