A new cannabis delivery service is sparking up business in the Central Valley.

Fresno-based Cannable is offering same- and next-day delivery of recreational cannabis, along with cannabis-infused foods, wellness items and other related products to customers in a delivery area ranging from just south of Chowchilla to Visalia.

But plans are to widen that area in the coming weeks, said Jeff Tuel, vice president of sales for Greenbrier Holdings, which is operating the delivery service. Greenbrier also recently built a 20,000-square-foot distribution center in Parlier for legal cannabis products, along with spaces to manufacture some of products there.

The company is now delivering a variety of nationally-known cannabis products along with regionally-made products, with plans to expand the latter option in March to include its own brand, 36 North, which initially will include flower — raw cannabis — and pre-rolled cigarettes.

A full suite of 36 North products, available only through Cannable delivery, will be available in the spring at www.thirty6north.com, Greenbrier officials report.

“We felt a sense of urgency to get our Cannable delivery services up and running this year,” Tuel said in a press release. “We are committed to giving consumers a safe and legal option in cannabis so we can eliminate the illegal and untested products that are prevalent in the state.”

It goes on to say that all products delivered by Cannable have been tested by a fully compliant, state-licensed lab and have certificates of analysis.

Orders can be made online www.cannabledelivery.com. Online customers are asked if they are 21 years old or older, and somebody in that age range must be present to receive an order.

“Cannable customer service representatives have extensive cannabis knowledge to help with product selection. Customers can browse the website 24 hours a day with orders accepted from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. . Delivery is scheduled for same-day or next-day, depending on location. Drivers are hired by Cannable and are professionally trained, with full background checks to ensure customer safety and security,” the press release continues.

Delivery fees ranging from $2.99 to $4.99 will be added to orders less than $100.
