HMSHost, a global restaurateur for travelers, has introduced a restaurant and wine bar concept at Fresno Yosemite International Airport with the launch of a trendy new John Muir Grille menu inspired by wines and beers produced in the Central Valley.

The beverage menu includes wines produced by Fresno State Winery, Cru Wine Company and Toca Madera and craft beers from local breweries Tioga-Sequoia Brewing Company and 559 Brewery.

“HMSHost has truly exceeded expectations of developing a dining concept that supports local businesses and provides travelers with an authentic sample of the region’s talented beverage producers,” Director of Aviation Kevin Meikle said in a statement.

“Our airport concession partners are committed to connecting with the communities they serve and the John Muir Grille operated by HMSHost is an example of this effort.”
