Fresno inventor Tommie Nellon Jr. will be featured on an upcoming episode of CNBC’s “Make Me a Millionaire Inventor” showcasing his product, the Kool Breeze Solar Hat.

The Kool Breeze Solar Hat is a sun hat that includes a solar-powered fan to help keep farm workers and other outdoor laborers cool as the sun beats down on them throughout the day. It can also be worn by anyone who frequents festivals, sporting activities and other outdoor events.

The hats are sold at several locations throughout the Valley, including Fresno Ag Hardware, Jenson and Pilegard, Wild Water Adventure Park and at Fresno Grizzlies games. There are multiple other locations throughout the state and in the states of Hawaii, Florida, Texas and Oregon that also sell the Kool Breeze Solar Hat.

Nellon and his Kool Breeze Solar Hat can be seen on the Oct. 13 episode of  “Make Me a Millionaire Inventor” which starts at 10 p.m. on CNBC.
