National accounting firm K Coe Isom has acquired Noell Agnew & Morse, which has offices in Visalia and Sacramento.

The deal, effective Nov. 1, brings Noell Agnew & Morse’s partners and employees under the K Coe Isom banner, and will “bolster the dedicated ag solutions and financial services for farming operations and producers in California,” according to a news release.

Founded in 1983, Noell Agnew & Morse is an accounting, tax and consulting services firm with 75 percent of its business focused on agribusinesses, with a special emphasis on vertically integrated growers, processors and marketers of fresh fruits and nuts.

“This opportunity exceeded our hopes in finding a partner firm that offers a complementary service and industry offering, as well as embodies the same values and tradition we have for providing an elevated level of expertise, and an environment our clients and employees will want to be a part of,” said Co-Founder Kevin Noell.  “The continuity of service to our existing clients and the market-at-large will be seamless, and our ability to provide a broader span of innovative ag solutions is limitless.”

Noell Agnew & Morse personnel in Sacramento will remain in their office, while the Visalia office will be folded into K Coe Isom’s office in Fresno.
