A day of relaxation and care will be free for cancer patients this Wednesday.

Body del Sol Medical Spa in Fresno is having a complimentary spa day between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. for people undergoing therapy for the disease, according to a press release from Posh PR, Marketing & Events.

The following companies will be offering services and treatment that day:

– Complimentary harmony facials with a take-home trial kit of products by Body del Sol

– Complimentary chair massages by Body del Sol

– Make-up application by Luxe Day Spa

– Professional hair and wig styling by Elizabeth Hair & Makeup

– Manicures by Paul Mitchell The School Fresno

– Diet, nutrition and pain management by Ashley Larsen, RD

– A spa lunch provided by Chacon’s Catering and The Gastro Grill Food Truck

– Pressed juice samples from Reinvent Juicery

– Learn yoga techniques from Four Corners Yoga with a focus on yoga for cancer therapy

– A presentation from an IS Clinical representative on skin care products that help deal
with the skin effects of cancer treatments

– Door prizes and swag bag

This is the second year the medical spa company is offering this free event. Opened in 2010, Body del Sol offers health and beauty services to people of all ages. It is located at Herndon and Cedar avenues near John’s Incredible Pizza.
