To accommodate a significant employee expansion, FresYes Realty has announced it will be moving into the historic J.B. Inderrieden Co. Packing Plant building, commonly referred to as the “Old Spaghetti Factory” building on Ventura Avenue.

The new Downtown Fresno location, which will be on the top floor of the three-story building, will span 18,000 square feet and serve as the home for 150 new employees, according to a FresYess news release.

“We believe in what we say, and we are acting upon our commitment to the community,” said Jason Farris, FresYes founder. “To solidify our faith in the growth of Fresno, real estate, and our team, we will be adding more than 150 agents and staff members who will work, eat, shop, and attend events in Downtown Fresno. The landscape of real estate and business in Fresno is changing and we are constantly evolving to meet that change.”

FresYes plans to keep its existing north Fresno office as it expands downtown in the spring.

Bitwise Industries announced two years ago its plan to transform the Old Spaghetti Factory into a technology campus called Bitwise 41.

“Bitwise 41 is the third building to be completed and there is a fourth in the works with Bitwise at State Center Warehouse,” said Jake Soberal, CEO and cofounder of Bitwise, in a news release. “In five years, the Bitwise community has driven more than 250K square feet of redevelopment in downtown Fresno and this is another indication of the great progress we have made.”
