Fresno Rotary has announced its new executive director.

The Rotary Club has selected Jason Hannold to serve as the new executive director starting July 15.

A Fresno Rotarian member since 2018, Hannold has over 15 years’ experience in sales, marketing and business development. Most recently, Hannold served as the vice president of sales for the Fresno Grizzlies.

Hannold will be replacing the outgoing CEO Anna Pine, who has been with Fresno Rotary for more than 15 years. She will continue her role as business manager for the Fresno Police Officer’s Association. Pine will remain a member of the Rotary Club.

Hannold is from Pennsylvania and came to Fresno after graduating from Slippery Rock University. He has served as a board member for the United Cerebral Palsy of Central California as well as a participant in the Fresno Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Fresno Class 36. He was awarded the California State FFA Honorary Degree in 2019 for his advocacy for the region’s agricultural community.

“We are thrilled to have Jason take on this leadership position within our club,” said Ryan Jacobsen, Fresno Rotary president. “He will do a fantastic job championing Rotary, its members and our Fresno community.”
