The Fresno Grizzlies and Sinclair Television announced today that Saturday home games will be broadcast locally on FOX26, CW59 or 26.2.

Last season, the Grizzlies’ home games were all broadcast exclusively on CW59.

The first broadcast of the year will be this Saturday as the Grizzlies (7-4) take on the Lake Elsinore Storm (6-5) on channel 26.2.

“We at KMPH/KFRE are very excited to continue our partnership with the Grizzlies,” said Matt Morse, general manager of KMPH FOX 26 and KFRE CW 59. “We’re honored to be able to bring Valley residents live baseball from their home team.”

Coming off a season that saw the Grizzlies go 74-41, ultimately being swept by the San Jose Giants for the Low-A West Championship, the Grizzlies broadcast schedule includes six different teams, including all three of their divisional opponents.

“We are overjoyed that Grizzlies baseball will once again be broadcasted on the Sinclair family of networks this season,” said Grizzlies’ President Derek Franks. “From the Grizzlies’ Tonight pregame show to Dan Taylor on the call, we are proud to be able to bring this kind of professional show to our fans and the Central Valley.”

All Saturday games are scheduled to begin at 6:50 p.m., but are subject to change based on weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

The Grizzlies second homestand of the season continues throughout the weekend against the Lake Elsinore Storm, with first pitch scheduled for 6:50 p.m. on Friday and Saturday’s game, with a doubleheader on Sunday beginning at noon.

Saturday’s game will be shown on channel 26.2 with the following broadcast on May 7 against the Modesto Nuts broadcast on CW59.

The 2022 season marks the Grizzlies’ 20th year in Downtown Fresno. The Grizzlies have been affiliated with a number of major league organizations. They have been the Colorado Rockies’ major league organization since the start of the 2021 season.
