Fresno FC, the Valley’s first professional soccer club, has announced open tryouts for prospective players Nov. 11-12 at Clovis Community College.

Players ages 18 and older are invited to showcase their talent in front of Fresno FC technical staff.

“This is a huge opportunity for Fresno FC to build its roster with local and non-local talent,” Fresno FC general manager Frank Yallop said in a statement. “We would love to be able to sign some players out of this trial and start building our roster as we begin our adventure into professional soccer.”

Interest players must complete an online registration form and submit a non-refundable $150 fee by Nov. 8. The cost includes a training shirt, lunch and refreshments for both days.

Check-in for players will begin at 11:45 p.m. Nov. 11 with the first tryout session to follow from 1 to 4 p.m. A second session will be held Nov. 12 from 10 a.m. to noon. From there, select players will be asked to remain for an invite-only session, from 2 to 4 p.m. Clovis Community College is located at 10309 N. Willow Avenue in Fresno, 93720.

Fresno FC is currently prepping for its inaugural season in the USL, which will kick off in March 2018. Fans interested in season tickets can contact the FFC sales office at 559-320-2525 or visit FresnoFC.com.
