Fresno Yosemite International Airport has introduced a new customer service ambassador program to enhance services for the traveling public

The airport partnered with Flight Services & Systems, an industry leader in passenger service, to organize the team of ambassadors. The multilingual ambassadors received specific training to complement their customer service backgrounds, and will work closely with airline personnel to help passengers with issues such as contacting their airlines and navigating the airport.

“The launch of the Customer Service Ambassador Program gives us the opportunity to create a great airport experience by offering passengers and guests additional assistance when needed,” said Director of Aviation Kevin Meikle. “We expect the program to be very well-received as the airport continues to enhance the traveler experience.”

The ambassadors will wear vests and buttons that read “How Can I Help.” They will be primarily stationed in the baggage claim area and can also be found circulating in the terminal lobby areas between flights.
