Fig Garden Village’s newest restaurant is looking for employees as it nears its end-of-October opening.

Cowboy Chicken will be hiring an undisclosed number of managerial and hourly positions through Oct. 10, according to a press release from the company.

Known for its rotisserie chicken and Western fare, such as enchiladas, twice-baked potatoes and macaroni and cheese, Cowboy Chicken will occupy the space between Paper Source and Jamba.

Owner-Operators Kevin Roche and Phil Fontes of TEXACAL Foods partnered with Cal Capitol Investment Group to sign the biggest franchise deal Cowboy Chicken has to date for 30 stores in California. The Fresno location would be the third when it opens later this month.

A complaint had been filed with the Fresno County Superior Court by property management company RPI Fig Garden, LP in August regarding back rent. The issue appears to have been resolved with the impending opening.
