The Elbow Room will donate 50% of the dinner proceeds back to this year’s PINC beneficiary Breaking the Chains.

Breaking The Chains(BTC) is a local organization supporting survivors of human trafficking here in the Central Valley. BTC is a 501 c (3) organization founded in 2014 as a direct response to the growing number of human trafficking cases in our Valley. BTC works with local, state, and federal law-enforcement agencies to provide rescue, relocation, restorative, and residential services to female victims of human trafficking.
