ENZO Olive Oil in Madera has teamed up with celebrity chef and restaurateur Tyler Florence to create an award-winning olive oil.
The Tyler Florence Test Kitchen Extra Virgin Olive Oil recently won a gold medal at the 2nd-annual San Joaquin Valley Olive Oil Competition held March 8 in Pleasanton. It is available at all Williams Sonoma stores in a 16.9 fluid ounce bottle.
The olive oil blend is certified organic, kosher, non-GMO and also certified extra-virgin by the California Olive Oil Council.
ENZO Olive Oil was founded by father-son pair Patrick and Vincent Ricchiuti.
“My father and I are thrilled to be collaborating with the talented and knowledgeable chef, Tyler Florence,” said Vincent Ricchiuti. “We worked closely together to develop the right blend of extra virgin olive oil that met Tyler’s expressed flavor profile and crafted an exceptionally versatile product that can be used to complement a variety of dishes.”
