Realty Concepts reported a stellar first quarter in terms of residential real estate sales.

The brokerage, which in September celebrated the grand opening of its new offices inside a three-story building developed by the Shamshoian family in Old Town Clovis, reported that it sold 8.6 percent of the last quarter’s homes in the Fresno/Clovis area, “putting them officially head of the pack,” according to a news release.

President J.P. Shamshoian said Realty Concept’s sales are up nearly 30 percent over last year.

“We’ve really dedicated ourselves to providing the highest value,” Shamshoian said. “We hire the right people, train them the right way, give them the right marketing tools, and deliver the right results.”
