Automated Office Systems has announced the acquisition of Complete Computing, a local technology provider, according to a press release from the company.

“This acquisition is part of our growth strategy for our computer services division,” said Jeff McGowan, president of AOS. “Over the past two years, we have been expanding our internal capabilities and enhancing our Managed Network Services which provides clients 24/7 monitoring and support services.”

The two information-technology firms are both headquartered in Fresno and AOS has offices in Fresno, Visalia and Merced. Complete Computing was founded in 1987 and serves customers throughout the Central Valley. They will continue to operate as they previously have during the transition.

“I decided it was time to slow down and wanted to join a company that I know would take care of my customers,” said Cindy Silva, owner of Complete Computing. “AOS, with its state-of-the-art technology and Managed Network Service is ideal for our customer base. I’ve been very impressed with AOS capabilities and systems.”
