Fresno State’s 1-megawatt solar installation would be eclipsed by a 5-megawatt installation in the planning stages by Clovis Unified School District.Clovis Unified School District is addressing some long-awaited needs with its nearly $300 million bond proposal that comes up for vote on June 5.
